Big Ceramics

Spend 3 days, mostly glazing, with Philip at the EKWC in Oisterwijk to assist Fraser Stewart. Who was preparing for his upcoming exhibition.

It’s the first time at EKWC. Never had I visited such a modern ceramic workspace. The possibilities seem endless: most impressive is how open they seem to experiments, new techniques and materials. The kilns are bigger than a human (or 5) and a glaze archive so big you could easily get lost in possibilities. Not forget to mention it’s own archive of works.
